Well I didn't add it, and actually I'm going to sell the game boys.

Found all of this in a ragedy card board box at a local flea market today...

TurboGrafx 16 w/RF Switch, A/V cables, and AC Adapter
TurboGrafx CD w/ Y's
TurboGrafx System Card 2.0
Turbo Stick
Sega Saturn 1st Party Controller
Sega Saturn 3rd Party Controller
Colecovision w/ the Ginormous AC Adapter, RF hook up, and non-labeled mystery game (probably Donkey Kong)
Sega Genesis (High Def Graphics version) w/ two controllers, AC Adapter
NES RF Unit.

Physco Siamese cat, not included.

Stole it all for $10. Wink

The TurboGrafx CD won't spin a disc. Does anyone happen to know anything about working on these things, or a link that can help? I formated the CD to my console, but still nothing, though the LCD screen works.

I remember I used to have a TGCD awhile back and it used to not spin disks. There was one thing that my dad did to fix it. You can try to take it apart and a wire may be stuck under the part that holds the disk (Yeah I'm stupid, I don't know all the terms) and that could be stopping it from spinning. I'm sorry I can't be of much help, but it's been along time since I had the TGCD.

I could be mistaken, but aren't those TG 2.0 system cards quite valuable and hard to find?

That's the 3.0 you're thinking about. It allows you to play Japanese imports on the console. I'll be on the market for one of those next, as I must have Castlevania: Dracula X. It was never packaged with the system, and was sold seperatly toward the end of the consoles life span, which is why it was so rare.

I'm going to crack it open later tomorrow, and check it out. I hope it's an easy fix, as I suck at soldering things. Tongue

Doesn't the 2.0 card allow you to play Duo games on the TG-CD?

It will play the original Japanese CD games, but not the "Super CD" games with the 2.01 card. You need the 3.01 card to play those...  Regretfully, Castlevania: Dracula X Rhondo of Blood is a Super CD game.

This is the third one I've found in the wild, but it's the first time I've ever found / owned the TG16 CD as well as a Colecovision. I've searched the internet high and low, but haven't really found much info on repairs. Everything seems to be intact inside, so I figure something has fried.  I might send it off to be repaired at OSG if it doesn't cost way too much. I'm going to have to work on the joystick as well, the stick will not register left or right movements...  at least the TG16 works. Tongue

That's a great price for DWIII. It's not rare to see it sell for about the same price as DWIV, especially if the condition is as nice as you say. Great find.

Two seperate scores this week.

First one was:
Sega Genesis (model 2) - Hookups but no controllers
X-Men
Sonic the Hegdehog
Sonic 2
Pat something-or-other Baseball
Gamecube (Purple) - No hook ups or controllers
Clay Fighters 64 Sculptures Cut

All for $15. All I really wanted was the Clay Fighter game but my brother wanted to unload some of his other stuff too so I didnt complain.

Second Score was FREE from a co-worker:
3 Playstation systems with hookups
1 Madcatz controller
1 Hip gear controller with a built in screen that is attached to the top of the controller

This is my first free score and also my first PS ever. I had the PSOne a while back but not for quite a while now.
