Stopped at the thrift on the way home from work. Here is what I found...

PS1
Metal Gear Solid (complete) $1.50

CDI
Merlin's Apprentice (complete) $1.50

It's always nice to find oddball stuff like CDI games.

I've seen one CDI item in my life. It was $50 at the flea market and wasn't even a Mario or Zelda game.

So I made a terrible mistake before I went to the flea market. I stopped by the grocery store to get cash first (energy drink + cash back), and then when I went to McDonalds to get lunch, I ordered a mocha out of habit. Now I'm running on two energy drinks in a row, and all shaky. So these deals ended up crappy, because I wasn't in any state to haggle.

$25 for this:

$5 for this:

My brother gave me $5 for just the SNES + SNES controller in the second picture.

I have way too many Sega Genesises now. I think I'm 5 or 6.

Also there were some Atari 2600 boxes in amazing condition, and some other interesting stuff, but I hit my $30 a day flea market limit. Also, I kind of don't like boxed games, take up way too much room.

those aren't bad prices at all. Gunsmoke is somewhat hard to find, and even then your only at like 1.25 a game.

I think, from the picture, that is Life Force (By Konami, very similar labels though).

In other news, the copy of Guitar Hero 2 that I got boots up fine, but freezes upon choosing a song.  Angry
Called Game Stop up, and they will swap the disks. Jerks. I specifically ask to see the disk, and he says "It's fine. Trust me". I think my next game store review will be on Game Stop. He even got me to buy the EDGE card, which almost paid for itself in that visit, but still... Every time I buy from there, at least one thing doesn't work, or isn't mint, etc.  Undecided

I will continue to patronize them though.   laugh
