I caved in and bought the system.  It came with all the paperwork and warranty information as well as:
the box in perfect minty condition
the game compton's encyclopedia
game prize fighter
top hit karaoke sampler
formula one
All the games are CIB and the system was still wrapped in plastic although there was a tiny smudge on the top of the system.  When I have time I will try to take a picture.   Grin

Seems as though, if it's in as good of condition as you say, it was worth what you paid.
