Soul Calibur II was a great game for PS2/GC/Xbox.  It should work pretty well with an arcade stick.

I've been kinda curious about that one. I think i'll snatch up most fighting games for the gamecube and see how they play. That one and Dragonball Z are on the top of my fighting game list.
