Blue Stinger for DC.
Its a rip off of Res Evil/Dino Crisis if memory serves.
I have a copy but it was so lack luster i hardly remember anything about it.

Also you have Manhunt but not Manhunt 2 (PS2, PSP, Wii.)

House of the Dead 2&3 (both games one disc) for Wii

Resident Evil Dead Silence for DS

Thats all i got after a quick glance.
I can tell you the list will get considerably longer especially  if your going to cross platform releases.

EDIT
Here is a little boost list for you

Kiss Psycho Circus for Dreamcast could also be put under this category

"Hard Edge" or "TRAG" as it is known in the US while doesn't have monsters plays identically to Resident Evil and is essentially an anime survival horror for PSone.

Just for the record I didn't mind Blue Stinger.

Hexen N64, Saturn, PSX
Could also be included.

Off to work.

I'm telling you though this list will probably make my Mortal Kombat list look down right tiny.

I don't think Zombies Ate my Neighbors was on NES... but it was definitely on SNES.

I have to agree with Izret. As here are another two for your list Typing of the Dead (DC/PC) and Deep Fear (Saturn).

Hey, you should work with Chris's Survival Horror if you haven't already.

Post in here if you don't have his site's URL.

Yeah, I visited there a couple times.  Not sure if I should or not.  I haven't got the whole thing planned out, just that there will be video reviews of each one.

Chris's site is very useful, good forum too. I like it a lot.

He only covers console titles though, and has strict criteria at that.

Thief has some scary moments, monsters too...not sure if it classifies as survival though.
