Hey folks!

Some of you may know who I am, some may not.

My name is Ken Wozetek, better known as Mezmoron.  I was a very active member of this community for a few years as features editor, and left in order to tend to some personal issues.  I think I'd like to come back and become a member of the community again.

Here's my story (if anyone wants to hear it):

Where should I start?  Well, first of all, my wife and I have been trying to have a child.  It's something I have been dreaming of.  Well, in December, my wife got pregnant!  About 6 weeks later, we had a miscarriage.  It completely blindsided me.  I really had to think about life and my priorities.

In April, I decided that it was time to leave my job to go to another employer.  This was/is a great change for me.

In June, we decided to try again.  Well, my wife got pregnant again.  4 weeks later, we found out that she had another miscarriage.  This made me step back from almost all of my commitments (except work) and focus on her solely.

In July, well, one of the worst things that could possibly happen to me happened.  My father, 62, passed away from pancreatic cancer.  He was diagnosed in November, and lived for about 8 months.  This hurt so much, I can't even tell you.

Well, just when I think it's all over...2 days after my father passed away, my mother was taken to the hospital.  The next day, we come to find out that she has a herniated disc in her back.  Keep in mind, however, on top of that, she was also diagnosed with MS about 5 years back.  Well, after surgery, she is still unable to walk, nearly 4 months to the day.

That's my story.  Sorry if you didn't want to read it, but it makes me feel a lot better to let the folks that know me know that I didn't just walk out on them.

Anyways, I think I'm ready to come back.  I am still an avid collector, and soon I'll get some pictures for you all of my games and room.  And yes folks, I am now around 500 DS games and still counting!

I know we've never met but that sounds tragic. My mom had a miscarriage as well about ten years back so I know the feel. I wish you luck and I'll certainly keep you in prayers.

By the way my name's Austin. Hope we talk sometime=]

Sorry to hear about family.  I bet hearing that heartbeat was really cool.  I have two kids and thought it was great.  If your insurance lets you.  Get the 3d scan when it gets a little further.  You'll be amazed.

But I'm glad to see you back. I can't wait to see what 500 DS games looks like Smiley

I too am sorry for the hardships. I know the felling of loosing an unborn child because i lost my 1st. Glad to see you hung in their and didn't give up. You know they do say every time you lose someone, someone new is born in this world. I know that may sound harsh to many but i am a firm believer. I lost both my grandmothers and 1 of my grandfathers. My youngest little boy and my girls remind me of them in many of ways.

Welcome back Ken.
