I've got 2 of them!!!!
Bought one from an uncle over 10 years ago after trading in my Sega for the cash. Still works pretty good.
Bought an Action Set CIB this year from a garage sale with a CIB Genesis and about a dozen games between the 2 for $40. The box is kinda beat up but still looks awesome!!

Got one at a garage sale when I was 10 with a big box of games all together for $10.

Highlight of my young life I daresay.

I have 4 - 3 regular 'toaster' models, and one top loader.

I got my first for Christmas when I was probably 7 or 8, the classic Action Set. Proud to say that I still own that one. I've since picked up another CIB Action Set (in near-mint condition for $30) and another loose deck for $5.

The top loader I got in '02, off of eBay, when my original NES started acting up. It's gotten a lot of use since then, and is still proudly hooked up in my living room.

I believe I'm up to 10 now. The first came for Christmas '89 when I was almost 2. The next came from a garage sale in the mid 90's. The next one was in the box from a garage sale a couple years ago. The rest all came from various garage sales and flea markets since I started collecting a few years ago.

I've got one, bought early this year on eBay. It works fine. Smiley

A staff member should move this to the Video Game Generation, since this is more on-topic than off.

I have several toaster models.  My top loader is my favorite though.  I bought it new from Toy's R Us several years ago.  I walked from the mall with a couple friends over to Toy's R Us and bought it for 30.00.  After we left Toy's R Us we walked over to Bogey's to play some arcade games.  I gave my sacks of stuff to the guy behind the counter to watch for me.  After exhausting the rest of our afternoon playing arcade games we headed home.  My house was the hangout/crash pad for all of us.  I couldn't wait to hook it up and play some SM3 on it.  I remember my friends joking with me about buying it. I just shrugged them off knowing that I had bought something great.   Many years later it still gets lots of play.

I bought my NES my first year of college in 1987. I still have it and all it's original packing. Back then my friends and I used to get together quite often for Blades of Steel tournaments. Still LOVE that game as well as Dodge Ball, Qix and Galaga.

First game I ever played to completion was Strider. phoenix1967 and I did that one summer... probably 1988 or 89.

At the moment I have a second toaster and a top loader. My original is the one that is hooked up though.

I've had several other toasters over the years that have been traded, sold or given away.

I just have one toaster model that's it. My favorite game that I own right now is Blades of Steel. I play the heck out of it too!

I have one toaster model I got earlier this summer with a controller, RF, Power and a zapper for like $10.  My dad has the one he bought back in like '86-87, and two more he found at the flea market for about $10.
