Okay, so I started wondering about this after Leon mention the egg thing; what is your preference on the egg subject? You get 4 votes, one for each category: Boiled, Omlette'd, Scrambled, and Fried. There is also an 'other' category. OH! And by 'dry', I don't mean bone dry, I mean not still slightly soupy. So, how do you like 'em? I'll start off...

Boiled Eggs: Hard Boiled, keeping with my oddness of not liking the yolk runny. My dad says that you learn to like it, like he did.

Omelette: Dry, with something in it. Be it cheese, ham, bacon, chorizo, peppers, spinach, anything really. I also love salsa on my omelettes.

Fried: Done w/Yolk broken. That says it all. I really like a fried on top of toast with a little salt, pepper, and Tabasco sause!

And my 'other' explanation: frittata. My god are these good. Especially the potato ones... YUMMY!!!

Now, lets hear from you!  laugh Smiley

Mostly scrambled or omelet.
Occasionally overeasy.

Deviled eggs are great too.
As is french toast... and most other things that eggs are used to cook.

How about I'm not an egg fan? Well, at least when they're on their own.

5-egg cheese and bacon omelette
side of hash browns
and hot tea

...maybe also a yogurt, french toast, or a bowl of cereal and anything else available.  I'm may be slim, but I sure can put it away when it comes to breakfast.

For breakfast I like scrambled, fried or omlette.

Deviled eggs are awesome as a side dish for a barbecue or picnic.

I like hardboiled eggs with lunch. I agree with Two Scoop Steve on the touch of salt. yum.

Scrambled eggs that are dry. Usually have it with some tabasco sauce though. I love me a good egg! Smiley
