Almost picked this up at Gamestop yesterday for $40, but figured I'd better see what they were going for online. I'd say I made a nice decision, seeing that I saved myself $20.

I bought Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Power Stone 1 & 2 off eBay this week. No special deals here. I'm just glad to have gotten two of the most expensive Dreamcast games off the checklist. Also, Power Stone 2 is arguably the best Dreamcast game out there, so I'm definately gonna get some use out of it.

What did you pay for MvC2? I haven't looked for that in ages.

This is the stuff I have gotten in the mail over the last 2 weeks or so:

The only one I might have paid too much for was the Dragon Warrior IV seeing as I still have to track down the 2 maps, but the condition was really good. If I get really anal there is a small crease in the front of Shining Force II, and a razor blade slice down maybe half of one side that weren't described in the auction. Not that big of a deal, for some reason these boxes pop up on eBay pretty frequently.

I've seen it go as low as $40, though you could expect to get it between 50-60 on eBay. Most eBay stores will ask more. I failed three times between 50 and 55, so just paid 55 to one eBay store seller. Not what I would have liked, but I was tired of looking. I bought some other stuff from the seller to eat away at the shipping costs.

Wow. It still gets that much, huh? At any rate, it's one hell of a fun game (and I don't even like fighting games) and there doesn't seem to be anything keeping it from continuing to increase in value.

I saw the PS2 version a couple months ago for $40.. perhaps I should have picked that up
I got my Dreamcast version years ago for like $17 (I think it was still Funcoland then).
