Thanks Smiley

I got a bit unlucky today, though...received a package from this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eB...010&item=200026224821

And the seller decided to use a box that was too small, so he removed (and likely threw away) the boxes from those joysticks since they clearly wouldn't have fit in the package.  I even specifically won that auction for those two boxed controller sets.  Sad  Hopefully he still has them lying around, but I highly doubt it.

What a jackass! I would ask for a partial refund.

Yeah, I asked him to either send the boxes to me if he still has them or else to give me a partial refund.  No response yet, though...

As for that last disappointment, we agreed upon a partial refund, which I have yet to receive, though.

Anyway, I got three nice SNES games in today, all US version of course:

Super Castlevania (CIB)
Final Fight 2 (CIB)
Joe & Mac (w/box but I already had a loose manual Smiley)

I've been struck by the SNES bug -- been picking up CIB NTSC games here and there to add to my collection, and some for resale.  I also managed to find a good deal on a CIB Ogre Battle, so I still have to decide whether I'm going to keep or resell that one.  The SNES holds more nostalgia than the NES for me, but to start a whole new collection seems a bit pointless, as long as I'm not done with my NES collection at least.

I also got two more NTSC NES games in that I still needed:

Burai Fighter
and Rescue: The Embassy Mission

and I got a brand new Nintendo Vs. System Hogan's Alley marquee sticker as well...not sure why I bought this one, it just seemed like a nice oddity to have.

I'm probably jinxing myself by putting this up here before it arrives, but I was damn excited about this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eB...7746899&rd=1&rd=1
The guy ssys that he's not sure if it works or not, which I'm sure means that it doesn't, but I figured it was worth the risk for $7.50

I had a go on Lemmings Tribes the other night and it got my taste back for the old puzzler, I saw this and thought it might be a bit quirky, so I bought it:

Cool, is that a 2-player game (with link)?  I haven't seen it before.
