Ahh - they're based out of Miami Gardens. South Florida. I know where they're headquartered at, but I've never talked with them. We have ~5 high bulk sellers in Central Florida that I'm aware of.
I have mixed feelings about JJ Hendrick. He's done both good and bad things for the community, but he did reach out to the site at one point for a partnership so he can't be too bad.

I've always been happy when lukiegames buys any junk bulk lots I put on ebay. I always know I'm going to get paid!

Same, they have good shipping prices to canada and I'll regularly see them sell stuff probably 10% less than the average for that item.

Just picked up Suikoden for next month's retro playthrough for $20. Not a bad deal right?

CIB? Doesn't it go for like 50-70? Sounds good to me anyway, the game is well worth it!
