After the initial shock wears off, and the fact that $100,000 is a hell of a lot of loot, I guess that stuff would be worth it assuming you had the cash and none of it would be lost in shipping.

Suck to be conned.

It's too bad all the images are dead.  I'd really like to see that collection.  But Jesus, that is an insanely high auction price.  Definitely the highest I've ever seen for an eBay auction, even without any bids.

Heh.  Maybe it should be, but it definitely says "US $100,000.00."

I wonder how this guy got all this stuff.  Some of it is pretty standard fare, but some of the stuff (The m2 unit, the dreamcast development kit) you would have to have some inside connection to get.

Check the eBay motors site sometime, you will see a lot of 100,000+ auctions.

Yes, but that's for AUTOMOBILES, not video games.  And he has the images fixed now.  Very, very impressive collection there.

Getting invalid item.  Did the auction end?

Hmm.  It still had six or seven days left, so either the seller pulled it or eBay did.  I was kind of thinking eBay might, because they have been known to kill auctions that include development systems, since they seem to think they are pirate consoles or something.
