Good informational sites

Okay, so this post is coming to you after a night of work with UPC's and Part #'s. These are sites that can help you fill in the missing data in many pages in the DB.
http://www.gamepawn.com
- Has UPC's for most games
http://www.mobygames.com
- Has stuff on everything, ex: Part # (sometimes), UPC (sometimes), Release date, Game Credits, etc...
http://www.ciao.com
- Has lots of stuff. Just search up the game, and you might find something
http://www.google.com
- Google is your friend!
Hopefully this will make getting some info a little easier.

Plagiarism? Have you read the disclaimer for submitting info?

Ouch, you're right. Kind of forgotten about that while posting my previous post...
Luckily, I've only made submissions for things from my own games...pretty much why I haven't done submissions lately, I simply don't have more games

Hmmm... Isn't this considered 'free information'? Lot's of others have used Moby Games to gather info on Japanese games, so why not for American ones? I am not 'stealing' any mutual information, this is technical information that can be considered 'common knowledge'. I actually think that disclaimer should be revised so as to not lead to this speculation.
EDIT: How else would games that no one owns have upc's and part numbers? Just a thought...
EDIT Times 2: Wow... Lot's of my subs would have to be 'revoked' according to that disclaimer. There should DEFIANTLY be a rewrite as to make it clear that 'Intellectual Property & Pictures' are what cannot be copied. If that disclaimer is to be followed, then technically, we wouldn't be able to submit ANYTHING at all, because it is not 'our' property to submit. The pictures are the 'intel' of their respective owners/creators.

There is no way for RF Generation to know how you all get your common knowledge. There is no way for others to know how you got your common knowledge. Common knowledge is... common knowledge. Don't plagiarize, don't steal, but common knowledge is common knowledge. This disclaimer has lasted 4 and a half years, how is it that suddenly there is an issue? Stop reading to far into things.

I have always thought of the disclaimer as referring more to scans and overviews/reviews than part #'s and UPCs.
Anyway, one source I like and trust is Digital Press's online rarity guide. It's mainly good for part #'s, Developers and Publishers.

Thanks guys for clearing that up. I don't want to get in trouble, and I don't want others not helping out because they think they can't use those kinds of sites.
