As a full image it definitely looks different.  Dali had several distinct styles over the course of his career and some of his lesser-known art looked similar to the image you posted.  With all of the other stuff it is really obvious that it isn't his.  I'll have to check out more stuff by that Otto Dix guy.

P.S.  Otto is a sweet name.
