I found this on day 1 of my epic road trip to Oregon.

Hope you don't mind me retouching your pic so you look a little more like your avatar:

Hey, wait a minute... you aren't attending a taxidermy-fetishist furry convention, are you?!

Thank you for being such an inspiration for my creative impulses.

Also, let this be a warning to the rest of you: none of your selfies are safe from my mad manipulations!!!

This selfiie from Day 2 of my epic wedding quest should give you a lot of inspiration.

Ah yes, it is a well known fact that settlers on the Oregon trail had to deal with such creatures on a nearly daily basis.

On a related note, if you are coming to Oregon through Idaho, once you get to Ontario you should take a major side trip by heading down hwy 20, turning off before Burns and go to the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge http://www.fws.gov/refuge/malheur/

You can see all sorts of stuffed birds and junk, like in these pictures I took there:

Okay, now I see the resemblance.

Meanwhile, Sonic is getting ready to chow down on Knuckles' hairy pink banana:

I wonder what Silver thinks of this?

Nothing quite like catastrophic tire/tyre failure at 70 MPH (approx. 113 KPH) on a busy freeway/motorway.

Good thing I was in the far right lane at the time, right next to the shoulder...

Whoa!... Um...

I remember being on a coach (Class trip to a theme park) that had a blowout. A loud BANG and heavy vibration as we moved across to the hard shoulder. Had to wait for another coach to pick us up. Tongue

Whoops, I forgot to consider my fellow non-US-based English-speakers when I typed up my previous post.

All right, corrections made. Don't want you to feel out of place...

Why does it look like your tire is cue ball bald? Racing slicks?

Probably shouldn't bring up the word "slick" 'round my neighborhood-- reminds us of the drought a little too much.

ANYway, not to find another excuse to promote National Slurpee Day tomorrow, but I think I just found the two best flavours ever:

Not sure about this flave, though:

My workplace had an interesting visitor today:

I've fulfilled my annual mantis-rescuing quota.

They're not hanging around your back yard hummingbird feeder, are they?

Holy freaking crap... maybe I shouldn't be rescuing them after all.

ANYway, I only see an average of one a year 'round these parts. Probably due to my apparently living on the border of their northernmost reach on the U.S. Pacific coast:

Yesterday I took my periodic pilgrimage to the resting place of the almighty Triforce. Just past the trail entrance was...

...an honest-to-goodness pie-anna.

Meanwhile, apparently I was the only moron willing to hike three miles in 100+ degree weather...
