(AGP was an old graphics interface. It was replaced by PCI-E. The connections/slots are different sizes. Electronics have an awful habit of not working when connections are cut off.)

You know what the worst of it is? That particular POS Dell model didn't even have an AGP slot. So he must have tried to cram it into a regular PCI slot instead! A shame too, one of those cards is worth 3 of that desktop because it may be a 3 year old card but he wasted it on a 7 year old desktop. Tongue
