Nintendo Wii duplicate. This is a confusing one. The game is listed twice, but there is a bundle, but neither of these say bundle. So I guess you just remove this duplicate and I'll add the bundle correctly. The first one listed below is the most accurate and most info. Delete the second one please.

Nintendo Wii duplicate. The first one is the more accurate/complete one. Delete the second one. Its just the same game a space between "My" and "Sims".

Already in DB before I added. Darn romanized titles!

These are different - one is for Disk 1 and one is for Disk 2. Should there be only one entry? I know some of these ganes did sell the disks separately.

These have two separate years and different UPCs. If one of these is the bundle, just submit more info to indicate it was a bundle instead of recreating.

The one with UPC 802068102937 is the one with the wheel.

One should have been entered as a variant, but wasn't. It would be best to indicate the related game in the submission.

Yeah, they're both duplicates. they were already here: http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=J-093-S-01570-A http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=J-093-S-01560-A

we should probably restrict accented characters from the main title when romanising from Japanese.  They mess up alphabetical order anyway.

When accented characters are used the non accented version should at least be used as an alternative title for search purposes

Nintendo Wii duplicate. The first one is the more accurate/complete one.
First one has the most info but the UPC code is clearly wrong, it doesn't even match the picture provided. Second one has correct UPC but no pic and wrong genre, so delete whichever one i guess Smiley

Delete the second one. Its just the same game with a space between "Tinker" and "Bell".

Nintendo Wii duplicate. This is a confusing one. The game is listed twice. Neither has a UPC or Part number, But Petz Hamsterz 2 and Petz Hamsterz Life 2  is  literally the same game. The box and box omit the word "Life" but the cart clearly says it. Same Part Number as well, so this has to be one game.

UPC: 0-08888-16390-9
Part Number: NTR P AH3E

The site as well as keeping a record of games from different eras is mainly aimed at the collector. Why this site has variations. A game a slightly different packaging or media then they have separate entries. There are entries based on the number of screws on the cartridge or different entries because the packaging has a sticker on it.

Remember this site is aimed at collectors to record their collection and people have different variations of the game. Good way to separate their collection. Not about the same game, one entry.

None of those mention any variation, so they can be assumed to be duplicate entries.

I know what a variant is. 3 screw, 5 screw Nes games, oval seal round seal, label variants, gold carts and gray carts, blue carts and black carts. My two entries above are not variants. They are the same exact game with zero variation listed twice. I’m just trying to help clean up the lists when I see a mistake. I collects variants as well, which is why I like this site so much because they list it separately. But I research before I put in a claim for a dublicate or submit a new game or variant.

Regarding "TinkerBell and the Lost Treasure" entries:

This probably isn't a duplicate because the UPC 712725018375 is tied to "Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure", although I haven't been able to find an image of a product with that UPC printed on it.  A quick search reveals that there are four North American variations of this game:

ReleaseCountryUPC
OriginalUSA712725017743
OriginalCanadaHuh
Disney GamerUSA712725017743
Disney GamerCanada712725017750

I suspect that the 712725018375 entry refers to the original Canadian release, and some careless person submitted box images for the US release not noticing that the UPCs didn't match.   I can't confirm this, but I've seen quite a few instances of this happening.
