I've submitted an edit for the "Beyond Fantasy Edition" entry which includes info from the duplicate entry, as well as other sources. 
Please delete U-215-S-04330-A as it is the least correct (and not connected to other variations).

No, this one was correct. First was released in North America by Bohemia, second was released Worldwide by 505 Games. They're rare, but there are regional variants for Steam.
