Turns out that this isn't a dupe -- this is a disc variation.  The cover insert is the same and needs to be set to the same region.

One of these probably should be deleted (the images are the same so it doesn't matter which one), as it seems they are the same release.  The game has a reversible cover (one side Fidget, one side Dusk).

According to Kaysow, sealed LRG collectors make a big deal about which side of the cover is visible, but I don't think that warrants two variation entries.

I agree with this.  When I was submitting these I always did it as one entry and noted the reversible cover in trivia UNLESS the game was specifically released as 2 different, non-reversible covers.  

Either cover should be submitted as the cover / back image with the alternate submitted as an extra media image.
