What Was the First Game You Ever Played?

So...What was the first game you ever played?
It doesnt matter what system or how old the game is
just post what it was that brought you into gaming
Ill start:
The first game i ever played was Starfox 64
The reason this was the first game i ever played was because as a child my parents would never have allowed me to own any video games (not even a gameboy), so the only way that i was able to get my hands on a game was to go over to one of my friends houses. One of my good friends had an N64 and the first time i went to his house he was playing Starfox 64 and he let me play against him, after that every time i went to his house i always want to play Starfox 64. So that was the first game i ever played
Id say i was about 8 years old when that happened
Now i own 5 N64's and i do have Starfox 64

I'm not even sure, but I believe it was an edutainment title on a Mac.
Now if we're talking actual games, I'm pretty sure I first played Lemmings on MS-DOS. I was quite good at it for a 4/5 year old.

Black and white Falcon on my parents old SE-30. Never really knew what the hell was going on; but I spent hours at it.

Wolfenstein 3D for the PC in 1993. I was 4 years old. (A bit too young for the game, I was scared of the dogs)

Well, I don't remember exactly which game happened to be the first one I ever played, cause there were 3 games that might hold this distinction.
It started back in 1993, when my dad borrowed a Super Nintendo from a friend of our family, since he figured my little brother and me would like these video games, and the 3 games he borrowed along with the console were Super Mario World (not really a surprise...), Jurassic Park and Disney's Aladdin (even my mom, who's not really into video games, liked that game). A couple of months later, we eventually bought a Super Nintendo, but these three games remain my first ventures into the video game realm.

Some NES game probably. We had an assload so I'm not too sure which it was. Hell, I didn't even have a single game that I played more than any other (maybe Megaman or Duckhunt).
But for the SNES, we got that along with Super Mario World, Daffy Duck: The Marvin's Missions, and NHL something. We took turns playing while our parents allotted time and the game everyone played was Super Mario World. I chose Duck Dodgers.

I have been told it was Space Invaders on the 2600.
As I was only 4 months old there is no surprise I can't actually remember this

My absolute first one was probably Turtles IV and I can't remember how old I was when I played. But the first game I wanted, and played, was Rampage 2: Universal Tour...Shut up.

Probably some really old DOS game.
The first games that stick in my head though are Tutti Frutti on C16 and Super Mario Bros. on NES (of course).
I'll always remember the first game I bought with my own money, too: TIE Fighter on PC. Classic.

When I was a kid, every Friday night my family would go out for dinner. This was the early to mid eighty's so every bar/restaurant usually had 1 or more arcade machines. It may or may not have been the first, but my first memory of playing a video game was Pac-Man on one of these Friday night outings. I knew nothing about the game except what I heard other people talk about at school, which was you were supposed to eat the "dots" and "blue" ghosts. Well, I kept trying to eat "Inky" the blue ghost and would of course die trying. Eventually, I ran into the power pellets and all the ghosts turned blue and it made sense, but I was pretty confused at first. Anyway, my parents bought me a Atari 2600 and pac-man a few years later and I have been hooked ever since.

Pong. Played the stand up arcade version of it in a restaurant/bar when I was a kid.

Space Invaders at the arcade when I was on holiday with my folks at a small east coast town - and bear in mind this is the UK, so we weren't exactly forward thinking with our gaming technology. The limit of games for me at that point had probably been pinball, or when the parents and arcade owner weren't looking a quick dip into the slot machines. Space Invaders was such an eye opener
