Title says it all.

Remember: this includes not only the actual gaming, but also being on forums, blogging, going to garage sales/videogame stores, etc...

For me, I'm in vacation now (until late september, yay!) so I'm at an average of 30-40 hours per week  Cheesy
When I got classes, this drops to about 15-20 hours per week and during exam period to about 10 hours per week or less even Sad

I spend more time on this site than I do playing games these days.

Selling my games and taking a vacation (or even moving somewhere new) is an option for me right now.

Most of the time, I'm 10-15 hours (my vote). Taking into account X-Play, Internet time, and gameplay.

However, when I'm in "addict" mode (like I've been the last few weeks) that number can get near to or above 40 easily. Tongue

I put less than 5 because I didn't read the part about including stuff related to video games also. So with that included, it's easily more than 40. I probably average 5 hours/day here plus 8 hours garage saling, 2 hours at the flea market.

There's a huge difference between less than 5 and more than 40 Tongue

10-15, including this site. I don't game that much, but I can also get into addict mode and hit 25+ hours or more. A really bad week will be 35 or more hours. That is a LOT for me.  Smiley

I had to say over 40, though only maybe 15-20 hours or so a week are actually spent playing games. The rest of the over 40 hours are spent perusing this site and others like Kotaku and Joystiq during the day at work.

Gaming is a part-time job for me. I'd say 15-20 hours is the average. Some weeks I'm just swamped and no extra time, but others I'm crusing everywhere for games, music, movies, hardware, software, and many other numbers of things. Sometimes I'll log onto an online game like Battlefield and not get up for nearly 5 hours to eat some food, then go back to the front lines. Once I move out on my own I'm certainly positive more time will be spent on my entertainment goods than now since there'll be money going towards a mortage and living expenses that it'll be less feasible to keep up with my spending habbits.

Most weeks less than 5 but occasionally 40 for an anticipated new release I've been really looking forward to. Since I tend to multitask a lot while using PCs I don't dedicate time to reading news or working on the site per se, but do so while in the midst of several things at once.

I easily spend 20-30 hours a week gaming when I work 5-6 days a week and I spend more time gaming when I have more days off.

Gaming's pretty damn important to me, so 15-20 hours during the school year.  That's a considerable amount of time in a fast-paced American life.   Although, a lot of that is from surfing here and other gaming sites, if that's to be counted.
I'd estimate during the summer months I'm up to maybe 30 to 35 hours.

However, I'm in the school marching band and during marching band season (tomorrow through October) my time is pretty much reduced to a good 4 hours or so of home playing time as I'm juggling band and school simultaneously... although I usually get 3 or 4 more hours in via playing handhelds on bus rides to marching band contests and before and after practice waiting to get home.
