Holy CRAP!!!
I was out surfing garage sales today and didn't score much of ANYTHING... until I got to the last sale I went to!!
There, sitting on the drive, was a TurboGrafx-16 with 9 games! And next to it-- a TurboExpress!
I'd never seen either of these in real life, so I was utterly shocked and knew I had to have them. I asked the guy the price:
"You can have everything for $10."
I had that money out in a flash. And now it's mine.
He said he had more games but couldn't find them... but for what I got, this is still probably one of the best TG-based deals EVER... especially with the TurboExpress thrown in!
Everything's very, very dirty, though, so I've gotta clean it up before I do anything. Anyone have some tips on that?
Also, I need an AC adapter for the TurboExpress due to its battery drain, but Radio Shack should be able to help me.
Here's a pic:

Turbo stuff:TG-16
TurboBooster
3 controllers
TurboTap
TurboExpress
TurboVision TV tuner (too bad this won't work in a few months
)
2 AC adapters (I thought one was for the Express but neither fit it, so I guess they're both for the TG16)
Composite video cable
Games: (all without cases :/)China Warrior
Final Lap Twin
Galaga '90
King of Casino
Legendary Axe 2
Splatterhouse
TV Sports Hockey
Victory Run
World Court Tennis
Also, other stuff I got:SimCity 2000 CD Collection (PC)
Namco Museum Vol. 3 (PS1)
and a PC ProPad gameport controller for my old 486.
I am a
very happy guy today. What was almost a horrible day of sales turned out to be probably the best find ever.
