What consoles do I NEED to buy?

I don't have anything different to add than what has already been said but these are the ones I'd add:
TG-16
NES
PS 2
2600
Genesis/32X/Sega CD

If you want to play modern games: PS2

If you're looking for an oldschool console (you already have the SNES): NES or Genesis.

Simple as that

I agree with ganonbanned: Don't get a very specific (and very old) console like the Odyssey or Collecovision before getting the true classics. (with classic I don't mean old). There's nothing wrong with getting the "mainstream" consoles of back in the day first before jumping into the really rare stuff.

To help, I've decided to add my pearls of wisdom.  You need to buy my extra systems.  If you buy them, you'll have plenty of game systems, I'll have your money, and we'll both come out happy.  It's win win here.  Realy, there is nothing else you need to think about, just buy my extras.
