...wow, and I was JUST playing CT a few hours ago!

This is exciting.  Especially for me, because CT was the first RPG I really was able to get into, so it's special to me.

^No. I don't own any handheld systems. It's tough enough to keep up with the consoles and find time to play those games.

The only handheld games I own are a vintage MicroVision and a vintage Mattel Hockey.

Wow, guess I'll never post news again.

JK but my first impression of your post was that you were pissed someone would make this topic.

Not really. I'm just being a jerk as usual.

Actually, I might just try out CT because someone on another website I go to who isn't an RPG fan told me it was good.

Heh. Oh and it'd be biased of me to say that Chrono Trigger is amazing considering RPGS are some of my favorite games, but I can tell you that it is one of the most intricate and unique games if you can stick with it until the End of Time (a part of the game like 2 hours in). Also, I have a few friends who hate RPGs but like CT quite a bit. It's worth checking out but don't fall into the 'greatest game ever' hype (that can be said about any game though).

I'm behind in the DS department. There are a few games I'd like to get at the moment, like Breakout and Space Invaders. This is one I'd like to add to the list as I've still yet to play this game, but at the same time I haven't had a chance to do much gaming on consoles, let alone hand helds. PC gaming, watching anime, listening to records and the typical school/work have been robbing my time. Did play some Breakout for the 5200 on Wednesday. Smiley

This is a joke. Somebody already did a remake of Chrono Trigger for the X-box. Sqaure shot that down and now they expect us to give anything about this mumbo Jumbo. While it will look good it will never look as good as it did before. Lets just face it the neo-anime age is crumpled garbage and todays artist along with developers never get to show there true light.

Sqaure needs to go back to being creative and making RPG games with the same FInal Fantasy game engine and namining it something else.

I am above sqaure and it's repetitive releases. Both Atlus and Tri-Ace is a better RPG game making company stand alone.

Enix even owns Sqaure literrally where they have released Dragon Quest in the same form over and over again but at least they had billions of RPG series that they allowed freedom of creativity.
