That's one that I gave up on. There's a handful of PS2 games I've been hunting for that are floating out of my price range. Steambot Chronicles is one I really want that is going up rapidly as well.

Hey, does anyone have any idea of the actual value of this Castlevania Hint Book?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/C...k&hash=item19ec3afb00

I have a copy, not sure what I want to do with it but all I ever see are people asking ridiculous prices but I don't think I've seen one sell at any price.

I'd take it from you but definitely not at that price...it's a book lol I'm thinking more like $15 or $20 ;-) the one that is shown in that ebay is in rough shape even if you look at the pages at the top it has water damage, I believe those are like mold spores.

One sold for $35.22:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/C...mp;_trksid=p2047675.l2557

Nick - that's typical of it being stored in a moist environment (aka anywhere in Florida). It doesn't really harm the book much, but it will smell a little musty.

There's one in a lot on the goodwill auction site...it's at $50 right now plus about $4 shipping...no idea on condition:

If it was all CIB i would jump on it.

Fairly certain Pico prices have dropped a ton since i was buying them though.
Sonic i think is down to 20-30 last i checked. Muppets was down in the 20$ range too. Alex and Alice was the only other "pricey" one i remember but Jack and Jill may have been also.

The library is small enough where i would suggest trying for a CIB. It will take a bit longer and might cost closer to the 150-200 range (if you get dicked on shipping for every game like i did) but should you decide to try and sell down the line it won't be hard to do.

Most likely you will NEVER find loose boxes and depending on the missing manuals you might never get them without buying a second copy of the game either. It isn't the most in demand system out there so it probably wouldn't be an easy sell to try and recoup loses on either for replacements.

Thanks for the adv.

I'm dumping a lot of money into costuming this summer.  Destiny is 99 days out... I'm probably gonna get started as soon as E3 hits.

Hi everyone, Maybe this is not the most appropriate place maybe to ask a question like this but I couldn't really find a better spot for it. But here I go...

Upcoming weeks I will be travelling to the states leaving Amsterdam upcoming Saturday. As a collector, ofcourse, I have set some goals to improve/ extend my collection with some games very specific to the US. The main game I'm going after is Earth Bound. Ill be traveling the west Coast (Vanacouver, Canada to L.A.). So my question is:

How much will it cost me to score a cart only copy of the game and where should I look for it. What are the chances of finding the game in a retail store and/or in the wild.

I would very much appriciate it if someone could give me a estimate of the (retail) going price and where to look for/ find the game. Many thanks in advance and can't wait to discover your glorious country (and six flags magic mountain XD )!
