I once made the mistake of smelling a NES cart.  Man, the last guy that blew in it must have had bad breath, because it smelled like a sack full of assholes.

Will do.  I got another guy in Ottawa that wants to buy my entire list of SNES games.   Do you know if costs extra to ship to Canada?

It sure does cost extra to ship to Canada. And the rates are going to get a HUGE bump in January so if you are going to ship across the border, do it this year.

rates are going up? that sucks, i hadn't heard this yet. any idea by how much or do we just know it's up?

I'm already pretty unhappy with my postal service. This just rubs salt in the wounds.

The shipping cost to Canada is ridiculous. I can ship something to Alaska or Hawaii for $11.35 but ship that same package just 300 miles over the border and it costs $33.

i'm probably going to have to stop buying online as much as possible once these prices take effect, as much as i hate to. i have been getting pretty bad at not looking very hard locally, so maybe this will force me to get back out in the hunt again.

I'll probably try and finish up my NES set by staying within Canada when the new year hits. Its just getting to crazy to ship across the border over the last few years.

I'm far from a NES collector -- so need help. I saw a complete Duck Tales 2 at a thrift store yesterday but it was under glass so didn't look at the price. Now I checked eBay and apparently CIB copies go for a pretty penny?? I think I'm gonna go back and find out how much it is and maybe nab it to flip.

A) How much should I expect to get for a CIB copy? Ideally I want to avoid eBay and sell it here, Racketboy, NintendoAge, etc.
B) Knowing the thrift store it's at, there's a good chance the box will have a price sticker on it. How much will that bring the price down if so?

worse. It was the lone CIB GAME BOY game in a pile of loose NES carts. Couldn't tell from the angle that it was GB rather than NES. Sucks.
