I just picked up Gun-Nac for $5. It's one of the more hard to find nes games. And a fun shooter.

Gimmick! CIB for the Famicom for 100 yen (about $1.25 US). Goes for about 250$ or so if you can find it on Ebay. Crazy good deal. Got it at a shop that has since (tragically) closed down. Got some crazy bargains there over the years:

Definitely the Super Mario RPG I payed for $3 as the obvious choice.
As for pure rarity "The Twisted Tales of Spike Mcfang"(which is an R6) for $6

I got my Super Mario RPG cart for $2! I'm definitely not trying to "one up" you, I just wanted to welcome you to the "Super Mario RPG for less than $5" club! We should make jackets!

There are actually quite a few of us here that have gotten SMRPG for < $5. Surprising.

Just realized that I may have gone a little crazy with my exclamation points in that post. Sorry about that!

If we're making jackets count me in, I went into a thrift a few years ago that had one game that’s it just one a flipped over SNES game picked it up thinking it was going to be junk and I find Mario RPG with a $.99 sticker on it.
As for rarest find I got an Atari Gameline CIB but it’s not really a game anymore.
The rarest game I’ve found is Bubble Bobble part 2.

I bought a mystery lot from my friend, I had no idea what games he had, and I don't think he did either. Does that count as "in the wild"?
One of the games included was TMNT: TF CIB for NES.

Great find! I still need that one for my collection.
I have been blessed enough to find many great games in the wild but the best would be this lot: (Paid $65 for all the games excluding Lufia 2. Lufia 2 was $50 by itself)

Consider me for membership: I agreed to pay $5 for the CIB (and really nice) copy that I have. That person eventually forgot about it, so I ended up paying $0.
