Probably...... Pirates Gold for Sega.  Complete  for 2.00 at goodwill. Found it in the Books section.

Zero The Kamikaze Squirrel for the Mega Drive - AUS PAL.

I can't remember exactly what I paid but it was under £1 in a bundle of games for however much the bundle was.

Unfortunately I sold it thinking it would go for a fair amount, but it didn't. Sad I think it was around £7.50 including postage.
