Try to do this and let me know how you do.
I couldn't catch my breath for about five minutes after I finished.

That is unbelievably intense for being 4 minutes.

I just did it together with the video and am not really impressed. I think it's a good little workout for people who have no condition at all though. Or for people who just started with getting in shape, maybe.

I try to keep myself fit and in shape during most of the year (except the winter-period) with running, push-ups, pull-ups, lifting weights, etc...

If you want to be in an average (I'd almost dare to say "good", but I won't Tongue) condition, like myself, try building up your stamina with running until you can run 1,5 miles in 15min.
That's what I can do, and I feel like my condition is way too good for this (video) type of "excersizing".

Btw, the only reason I try to stay in shape is to mask the fact that all my true hobbies require only to sit (or lay) in a couch or on a chair (videogames, PC, watching movies, .........)  Grin Grin Grin And it seems to work, too!

I prefer running over this workout, but when it's 90°F outside, I'll try to find something to keep me out of the oppressive heat.

That said, I found that a Bike Trail of sorts exists right next to my apartment. It's a two mile run, and I am happy about that.

That's fun! Is it on paved roads or a mountainbike trail?

It's paved / sidewalk, and I don't have to drive to get to it.

That's not a workout, that's a warm up. The hardest part was doing it as smoothly as the girl.

I still had to take my shirt off halfway through though, because I was getting pretty hot.

Well I'm a lot more out of shape. For me it was a workout.
