The Gears of War figures have finally been released some time recently.

Now should I spend £30.50 on the set of four, or should I save every penny for the car?

LINK but it's in stock elsewhere for a lower price anyway.

The four figure set is now sold out everywhere I can think of, but I'm thinking of buying just the Marcus figure on its own for £8.

Other figures I'm interested in are
Hitman - Agent 47
God Of War - Kratos - Golden Fleece/Athena's Blades

Awesome, I use to love playing with Turtle figures growing up.
it is cool to see 'em again.

I don't have any game figures, unless I can get some PSO ones, but for now I do have some anime ones.

I have Space Adventure Cobra ones and an Naomi of Armitage III.

I broke down and ordered Marcus from Gears of War the other day. It should be here by Wednesday, hopefully Monday.

My Gears of War figure came today. I opened the blister pack and undid the cable ties. Then I tried pulling the figure out but it was very tight. Somehow the foot snapped off.  Angry I don't know if it was already loose or if the force needed to pull it out of the plastic was too much. I contemplated sending it back but decided I may as well just glue it. Undecided

The detail is very good and it feels pretty solid. It's just a shame it's broken. I'll get pictures soon.

I hate when they brake so quickly like that, I bought an Ivy figure and almost broke it trying to switch between her wip sword and normal one.

I got these in the post from ebay today. It was £19 for the bundle of 3.

First one opened:

Kratos' hands fell off as soon as I touched them, and I couldn't work out how to attach the flames because the holes to fit the pins in are so small and blend in well with his forearms. I think the blades come off the flames so he can hold them in his hands.

Next was Agent 47:

Lots of little pieces I'll have fun losing in the carpet. I was disappointed it doesn't have twin silverballers. The suit looked a bit dusty or rubbed.

Then Lara Croft:

One eye is red and the other is smeared, like she's been crying or has hayfever. Nothing spectacular.

God almighty these characters are so boring when you put them all together. They look like extras in a cartoon or enemy characters in some beat em up...don't even get me started on no chested Lara. When was the last time Croft done the British flag....I mean really now???

Also the new TR games don't count speechless
