This year so far I don't really remember what I've beaten (in fact I barely ever remember), but here's a few. I'm also throwing in arcade games that I played to the end even though that's not really much to sneeze at.
Blazing Star
Cave Story
Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine
Gunstar Super Heroes
Metroid
Metroid Fusion
Metroid Prime
Portal
OutRun
Sin & Punishment
Sonic the Hedgehog
Sonic the Hedgehog 2
Sonic the Hedgehog 3
Star Fox 64
Street Fighter 2: Special Champion Edition
Super Mario Galaxy
Super Mario Land
Super Metroid
Super Smash Bros Brawl (Subspace Emissary)
The Legend of Zelda
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
TMNT: Hyperstone Heist
TMNT: Turtles in Time
Wario World
WindJammers
Some of these I have beaten before so don't think it took me until recently to beat Sonic 1 or something.

Mr. Ksoft, please edit your first post with your new beaten in 2008 games. This, as izret said, will reduce clutter. Thanks very much!!
