Seeing as we do have people from other parts of the world on here i though somone might notice what language this might be. From what i found it is actually a few random words from different languages, the rest of it looks like garble.
It came from this number if this might help out. 3-816-758-3358

The phone number is also a little questionable.  There is not country code 3 afaik.  The closest one is Greece, at 30, and there is no area code of 816 in Greece.

When searching on google for certain words I end up with lots of sites from hungary and former yugoslavia. I'm not sure how well Antimind's Yugoslavian is, but she or someone from her family can probably translate it. (if it actually IS yugoslavian)
