Considering the size of my collection, I can't imagine slackur having to move. His collection essentially has its own warehouse. Wink

Oh, I haven't had to imagine. Tongue  Our collection has gone through many moves, suffering the occasional loss, and has always been transported by family and kind friends.  Hopefully we're done moving, and I'm finding the set-up to be an even bigger challenge than moving!  One piece at a time, like anything else.

Yeah, I remember reading about some of your losses, some of which were quite expensive. I'd had insurance to cover some of my damages/losses in the past, but I can't imagine what you'd have to pay on insurance for yours, since normal Homeowners/Rental will cover up to $2500 (which I barely maxed out when my damages came through).

Luckily most of my consoles and games are in the house already so I'm hoping to avoid any losses. Knock on wood. paranoid All I have left to pack are my Wii, XB360 and original XB. I think I have two big ass plasctic bin filled w/ SNES/Genesis carts and some more consoles that needs to be moved over too. I'm sorry to hear you had some losses though, that had to suck! Sad

A video game has been made based on Joy Division's "Love Will Tear Us Apart." My browser at work won't play it, but I'm intrigued.

Now that I have a good TV goodwill teased me with a $5 trinitron flat screen.

I'd gladly swap the 4 POS TVs I have in my gameroom for 1 Trinitron.

Shadow, if you lived anywhere near me (PA) I'd give you a 32" flatscreen Trinitron CRT.  It just won't fit in my setup, and if you saw my basement, you'd know why I don't really need it...

I'd offer to ship it but I think it weighs more than my house.

I've seen old pictures of your basement. Wink
Not worth shipping, but thanks.

What if i scored it like Family Feud?
Spongebob would have been worth the most points since it was the most common answer.
