But, if everyone posted everything they write instead of deleting it, you would have more to reply to, so you would have even more posts than that. I think we need some math expert to weigh in here.

Zag is always putting up pictures in the small scores thread of Ti calculators he gets. Maybe he can put those to good use and do that math for us.

I post about 29 out of 30 posts I write for what its worth.

What, you can't math stuff out on your own?

Sigh...

Okay, hold on a moment, I'll be right back.

I post about 29 out of 30 posts I write for what its worth.

Okay, here are your figures:

So there you go: ninety-six-and-two-thirds-percent of what you write for posting on the DB actually gets posted.

However, I decided to take things a little further and math out some other relevant figures.

Like this one, for instance:

No surprise here.

Now let's see what happens when you're placed as a denominator beneath your posting-percentage numerator:

Now I press the ENTER button, and:

Thus, I have uncovered your secret identity:

Zagnorch, I checked your math

Seems correct.

Then, just for fun I calculated my power

I did the same figuring for you

Oh, and no pictures please.

I could be. I'm able to tell people they're doing it wrong and how they should be doing it.

I really love the LEDs on those old TIs.  It really says "1979" to me.  In a good way.

It is really neat. I wish pictures showed it better, there is nothing like seeing them in real life.

My dad got an LED TI multifunction calculator for a Christmas present way back when I was just a toddler. I recalled that some calculations took up to two seconds to process. And I think its price was in the $200 range. I'm guessing it was comparable to today's faster and cheaper TI-30 line.

I was going to make a little video of my "money manager" calculator, mostly to show it "thinking" and the time it takes. I can't seem to get it to store any numbers to do the payment calculations though. I would think this would be one of the most time consuming calculations it can preform.

It's kinda weird, the calculator works fine otherwise, so I don't know why it wouldn't store the numbers.

I did find out it was made in late '77. There is a manufacturing stamp on the back.

So, no video, sorry. It does take about 0.75 seconds to do some log and ex calculations, but that doesn't seem too exciting.
