Same in Ohio

Case in point, there was a 82 car pile up in a tiny snow squall yesterday...

Wind chill here was in the -30 range today and yesterday. Nobody got any days off because of it. :/

Also: I finally got some bookcases up in my apartment and was able to unpack and organize my games for the first time in 5+ years. Pretty exciting! I'll work on getting some photos taken and posted for the people that care to see.

Bust em out.  I love oogling at everyone's stuff.

I had to pass on the greatest lot of games I've ever seen on Craigslist today.  The guy had a Commodore 64 with 7 complete games including 4 gold box SSI games and 7 late 80's, early 90's PC RPGs including 4 Ultima games because I didn't have the scratch.  Why doesn't anything ever come up on Craigslist until the times when I don't have the cash to spare?

Nothing like Pennsylvania drivers, my normal 2 hour drive took 5 today because of a couple inches of snow. Once I got past traffic, I had no problems the last hour of my drive.

Went to beach.
Hot and sunny.
Bare feet.
Black tarmac.
Blisters and burns.

Can't walk.

Dude, I bought a block of Velveeta cheese the other day for the same reason.  Must have gained five pounds trying to perfect a really crappy Mac & Cheese recipe.  God, I love this country.

I always have the same problem.  If I have 50-100 bucks just laying around in paypal waiting for something to pop up on craigslist, it's always NOTHING.  Just junk.

BUT if I'm totally broke.  Everyone in St. Louis wants to sell the coolest stuff they own for really good prices.  LOL

Try having the money, seeing ridiculous deals, and having to say no because the money is already spent... That's even worse. Welcome to the past almost 2 years of my life.

This hurt me pretty bad my sophomore year of college. I was dead broke and a CIB Neo Geo AES Gold pops up on my CL for $200. I knew it was a good price and wanted it but did not have enough money for it that day, it was gone when I got paid.

I think I hold the world record for the most booze brought into a house in a day without throwing a party.

My friend who works at a recycling plant gets all sorts of expired yet perfectly fine brews. Today he said to drop on by his place for some free beer he acquired. Little did I know he would give me 24 mini kegs of Heineken. Thats about 31 gallons of this beer. Their less than a month over expiration so their still good.

I need to give some of this away I can't drink it all. Good God.
