^68% of the country has cold sores apparently.
What are "cold sores"?

Herpes, duh!  (j.k.)

Here is a pic.

Thanks for showing me.

It's kind of disturbing that 68% of your country has that. Undecided

Do they mean "have ever had that" or "have that all at the same time"?

Not really disturbing...

That number are people who have the antibody in their blood stream, some people can carry it but not get a single one.  So, it's even broader than "have ever had that".

Neat, I got the cost of my ER trip... $1185.00. Now I'll see how much the insurance covers and what's left I owe.

An ambulance is like $600+ alone.
I think that varies though based on area and carrier.

^Indeed. My grandpa drove himself to the hospital after his second heart attack, after he finished his bus route for the day. Grandpas rule.

Anyone else get the lovely band of rain last night? Around 1am it started hailing like a mother. I'm glad I put the truck under the carport.

I hate daylight savings time. I woke up at 8:45, completely ignorant of the time change, went down stairs and my mom says "you're up early" and I see she has the clock already set to 7:45. So I think "damn, I could have slept in another hour" but then realize it is kind of nice having an extra hour in the day. But as I'm walking upstairs, it hits me that we're supposed to spring ahead, not fall back on the time. So now it's 10:00 and I feel like I lost 2 hours in the day.

We got a ton of rain last night, the swale between our yard and the neighbor's yard is actually flowing (which I haven't seen it do in years).

Heh. It's been semi-raining for 3 days here. There have been periods of dryness for 30 minutes to an hour, but nothing more than that.

Also: DOWN WITH TIME CHANGE!!
