It snowed again last night. When I went downstairs this morning I saw a van struggling to get up the road, so I watched them for a while. By the time I had found some planks of wood and got my boots on, they were still there. Some other neighbours had started shovelling snow from in front of it when I got out there. Under the fluffy snow, it had turned into sheet ice which was very hard to scrape off with the shovel. The planks really helped and he got straight out after that. Cheesy

Now it's raining lightly, which will be fun when it freezes. Sad

We run on MySQL. Oracle is what big faceless corporations use. MySQL is the world's most popular open source database.
What's with the attitude? Oracle is the nr. 1 database management system in the world for a reason, you know. Or are all those big "faceless" companies stupid?

Besides, we'll learn MySQL too (and I think Microsoft SQL server, too) so I'll be able to use those as well.
