Well I got there and back just fine. Smiley Thanks to the ultra media hype saying not to even look outside the window of your home unless it's an extreme emergency, mixed with gritted motorways, the drive was very clear without much other traffic. I've got some photos of the snow, mostly of one of my dogs.

Cajun Squirrel flavoured crisps pretty much just taste of cajun spices. Walkers wouldn't use actual squirrel flavouring. Tongue

Today was the first day of my second semester. Besides courses that continue from last semester I'll now have "Network fundamentals" and introductory courses of Databases and Webdesign/Webtechnologies. Smiley

Ooogly Booogly dooodly doo!

EDIT
Aubs is sick and Rowan ran out of juice so i went out to buy them some apple juice with a handful of quarters.
While i was leaving my mom handed me a 10 and said to give her the change.
Went to the corner store and grabbed the juice got 7 bucks change.
While pulling the cash out i saw that i was actually given $52! Grin Grin Grin
Now i only need to come up with another 250ish to get my car (almost) in good standings!

Nice!

So the weathermen predicted ~1-2 inches of snow. There's probably about 3 and 1/2 down now with it still falling.

In more personal straits I just got back from my first trip to the University of Cincinnati "Push-up Club" that an old friend of mine started. My arms are in bad shape, I managed 110 in about an hour; but probably won't be able to move tomorrow. That's what happens when all the exercise the arms gets is lifting booze and cigars for three years.

Tonight was not my night for gaming. Sad Normally I'm either second or third ranked in gears in whatever team I'm in. But I was in last place for all three games I played tonight!! What the freak!? I need to drink some Kool-Aid.

lol

It hurts slightly for me to type.
I burned my right pointer finger and decided it would be a good idea to make a perfectly painless callus into a chunk of exposed flesh.

Had my first class of Databases today. We're going to use Oracle. Smiley

This is interesting stuff, who knows, maybe one day I'll be able to help out on RFG's database. Tongue

We run on MySQL. Oracle is what big faceless corporations use. MySQL is the world's most popular open source database.

Facebook uses mySQL, apparently. I did not think it was THAT scalable.
