Flex time and a 9/80 schedule means today is my Friday.  Plus I took a half day today because I had a delivery on Tuesday that I stayed late to finish.

Welcome back, Izret! Smiley

We learned some fun things in Programming yesterday: what integers, floating points and literals are. Also we've seen expressions and in what priority they'll be dealt with.
Then we saw these interesting ways of notating expressions shorter such as:

i = i + k                                                      becomes     i += k
price  = price - discount                                becomes     price -= discount
i = i + 1                                                      becomes     i++ or ++i
i = i - 1                                                       becomes     i-- or --i

Oh and I got MinGW to work properly, so I can compile and execute now Cheesy

Yesterday my dad and I tested a pair of paintball markers (=guns) out. I don't care for guns nor for paintball but we did it because he's thinking of making a piece of the karting into an indoor paintball. I think it's a good idea and that more people will kart aswell because they came to paintball.

We tested them at a property of his which has a little "forest" in it. It's not big but it's a rectangle shape of 20m x 30m (65feet x 98feet) so enough to do some target practice. We mainly shot at the trees and fences, etc...
It was quite fun, we used up 1000 balls in little over an hour. Tongue He bought them in a box of 2000 for €20 which is much cheaper than the price of balls in an actual paintball game.

If anyone might be interested, the markers we used were two BT-4 Combat. They seemed pretty accurate and fast, although I can't compare with anything else because I've never shot before.

My Check Engine light came on and the car shakes on startup! Additionally, acceleration is slightly bonked. I can't wait to see the repair estimate!

Turns out that the flashing check engine light means that there was a severe misfire that may or may not have damaged the catalytic converter. WHOO!
