I love being in a smallish town where the Mayor comes into your store and buys something for around the office. In our case it's products to spot the carpet. laugh

Looks like power is going to be out at my mom's house until Friday at the earliest.  A large tree took down all the power lines for the street, and even ripped the power lines going to people's houses out of their roofs.
The count is now 2 million homes without power in Ohio.  This mess is going to take a while to clean up...
At least power is on in downtown, so Oktoberfest Zinzinnati is still going to happen.

Hmm.... That's a bit strange.  It works fine in IE.  Are you both using Firefox 3?

I'm pretty lucky. I've never been without power for more than two days straight. Of course, where I grew up the power went out all the time, but came back on pretty quickly.

Work sucks today. I must have pissed somebody off yesterday, because the administration wants to meet with me today. Sad

This is going to be a great day! Undecided

Aww, don't be so negative. Who knows, maybe you'll get a raise. Smiley

No, I'm almost positive he wouldn't be getting a raise. I bet most of the extra money (if any) the city has is going to pay for illegal aliens. Wink

Ehehehehe... Funny stuff.

In other news, I am really bad at chess. I need to do some research if I don't want to be a complete fool in Chess Team. Twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday, until 5PM. It was really fun, but I lost both games that I played (and I lost really bad too...). laugh

Don't know about logical, but I am.

I found the Shit Pickle stuff a bit over the top.

Tell you the truth I don't enjoy the AVGN videos like I used to. The last couple of them had over-the-top swearing, even for his standards. The "anger" in his voice also sounded...too much, making it noticable he's acting it.
I must say his last episode with Kyle reminded me of his older videos, so I hope he stays on the right track.

My favorite videos of him are the ones of the Atari 5200, Sega CD/32X, Power Glove and basically most of his earlier ones. Smiley

I agree here. I don't like the shit pickles, except for monkey cheese (the one I was watching), which is awesome.
