I just bought all but 2 of my textbooks for this semester and the total came to $432.45 for 4 books. But, I had a scholarship check for $400 plus the cash I had on me (which I thought was close to $100) turned out I only had $32 in cash on me.

I made 150GBP at the weekend. (No pound sign on this laptop)

I used to fly RC planes but haven't flown them since 2005 so I donated them to the club recently when I made room in the garage for the car. They said they would sell them or use them and give me the money. So they crashed one of them and sold what was left on ebay. Tongue I'll have to get the money when I'm back in England but I might let them take 15-20% for their annual donation to a charity.

Then it's payday on Friday.

Then I'm getting back to England next Friday, I think. I should have enough money to get my Mini on the road after this new money. It's kind of been in the back of my mind.

A bit over the top if you ask me. And a D-Sub probably won't be on the model they'll release in the US or Europe.

The quest for smaller and faster seems to continue without pause. 50 years from now a PC will probably be as small as a microchip you can insert under your skin, hooked up to your eyes so you can access your "PC" anywhere  Tongue
