Oh yeah, forgot to mention, Manual camrys are kinda rare....  Cry

I see them every so often, but very rarely. Living in Chicago though gives me a lot more to choose from.  Smiley

Good luck, and one of the perks to buying an old car is that they are more user friendly, ex. You can change the oil filter without having to use special tools, etc.

I think Gannon is gay.

Ummmm... Why?

I think the more appropriate term is 'more mature'. Even I have noticed he's not being mean anymore. Look at the convo we had last night. He was cool about it.

PS: Camry's rock. Smiley

Ugh, i'm coughing up a storm here.

I decided a few hours ago that it was finally time to clean out my bedroom closet...  nearly nine years of stuff piled up on the floor.  Dust everywhere now that I've gotten every single bit of it out and onto the bedroom floor.

It's unbelievable what I've found.  Namely, lots of loose Legos and fourteen notebooks of varying age, all filled with sketches, doodles, and other various drawings from when I was bored in school.  The oldest go back to second grade, eight years ago.
This stuff also makes my old Sonic fandom rear its ugly head... for years and years I was absolutely obsessed and a lot of the older books have nearly nothing but Sonic in them.  It's kinda sad, really.

Other than that, well, I never knew until today that I had my own chess set!

Closest I got was a nice Game Boy Color case.  And the little plastic case thing for a Game Gear game.  And a huge binder completely filled with cheats and Game Genie codes for like 100 different NES/SNES/GB/Genesis games.  I printed them off during my very early internet expeditons (at the age of 7-8!) in 1999-2000 when I was really, really into emulation.  I even have some pages from a walkthrough for Pokemon Gold that predates its American release, from when I was trying to play the Japanese ROM so I could be the cool kid at school.
...alas, I miss when being cool was that easy.

Yeah...Back when we used to do wheelies on our Huffy's in the parking lot of the 7-11. Then Old Man Jensen would start shooting pigeons with his Luger due to shell shock. And we bought literally swam in gas.

Ahh...Summer days.

[RANT]

I was looking for some headphones with a band round the back of the head, so I looked on a few websites and found PCWorld had some cheap ones for £4.99 online or £9.99 in store. You can reserve to collect in store and you pay the web price.

But PCWorld is on the other side of town. So I thought I would see if Currys have them, seeing as they are owned by DSG, the same as PCWorld. They're only a couple of miles away. £9.99 at Currys. But they have a 110% price match. So I went there and asked them to price match PCWorld.
"But we are them, it's the same company," said the manager, "Anyway, it's £9.99 there, isn't it?"
I replied "It's £4.99 online there."
"No."
"Huh"
"We won't price match them because they're the same company."

On the Currys website, PCWorld is listed as one of the stores Currys will price match.

So I told her to "stuff it", then I went the extra distance to PCWorld and got them for £4.99.

As much as I hate PCWorld, at least their price matches are genuine.

Wow... Major companies will do anything these days to scam a couple of bucks (or pounds) out of the customer. Wow, just wow...
