This isn't even a question you should have to ask. It's Led Zeppelin by a mile. A few miles, even.

Oh, how I've missed my dad and his constant problems with the TV in his room over the last few weeks.
He's been away in New Zealand for three weeks.
His first night back and he couldn't get it to change channels. I went in and did my usual routine of turning the set-top-box off and on, pulling the power and putting it back in,
then
I tried the remote. The stupid old codger was holding it upside down.

Well he was upside down for three weeks, give him a few days to get used to the change back after he crosses the equator and remind him which way the map goes and what pole to follow.

We got to use the jackhammer today, despite the fact that no one on the crew has ever used one before. We took out 6 catch basins and on the last one we blew two hoses and couldn't hammer out the cement anyway. When the first hose broke we were all standing around and then a BOOM and we scattered like bees (according to a guy working further up the street). The one kid was smart enough to run out into traffic to get away from the hose. The second hose breaking wasn't exciting, just a slow leak that developed into a larger leak. Ont op of all that, the last basin was reinforced with 1" rebar so we had to lift it out with a backhoe. So we had this chunk of concrete the size of a large motorcycle swinging around in and out of traffic. Amazingly, the chain didn't break, no one hit it, and we got it in the truck.
For tomorrow we got two more hoses, 1 looks to have 2 holes already so I don't think we'll get much done.

Yeah, I can't figure out why anyone would think they needed rebar that big in the first place. The rest of the curb didn't have rebar either, just the one catch basin. It must have been laying around so they threw it in.

I got a letter in one of the many packets that has come from my high school so far this summer. It said that 'due to time constraints', Freshmen taking Biology must cover chapters 34, 35, 36, 37, and 38 in their books. No problem, right? Wrong!
I was expecting 5 chapters to be between 35 and 50 pages, averaging 7-10 pages a chapter, like in middle school. Well, I HAVE TO READ 97 PAGES by the time I go to Atlanta on the 1st, and I have to know that info enough to be able to pass multiple tests on it.
Welcome to High School.
