I have made a mental note to always check the alcohol content of a beer before consuming.  A double dark IPA at 12.7% ABV will kick your ass in a hurry if you are not careful....  Luckily this happened over the weekend, not on a work night.

It's all about the LOLs

I hate when this happens, my first class was over at 11:15, my next class was to start at 2:00, so I stayed at school, then as 2:00 comes around, I go to class only to find it was canceled. So basically, I could have been at home for the past 2.5 hours instead of there. Why the hell can't professors put out an e-mail in the morning about stuff like this? Or even send text messages to everyone.

I find living 200 feet from campus helps solve this predicament.

I went to school in a small town. My house, and the bars, were all within a 10 minute walk from campus. We never had a problem with downtime between classes Smiley

Tore the kitchen ceiling out last night.  Everything else is already out of the kitchen.  Now I have to rebuild the demolished kitchen.

When I was driving home yesterday I had a bit of a panic. I was cruising along happily at 85-90mph for a while when I glanced in my mirror to see a car almost tailgating me with something on its roof... A light bar. "OSHI-!" I thought. So I slowed a bit and pulled over to the middle lane then the police car went zooming straight past me into the distance. Phew!

The weather today is really crappy. The sky is a single shade of white/grey. It's not warm and it's not cold. I hate this weather. At least when it's raining it's doing something.

I read somewhere that a magazine has had a hands-on with GTAIV. It sounds faptastic and I'm tempted to pay full price for it when it's released on the 29th of April. I normally have a limit of £30 on games but it will be £40 for the standard one and £70 for the deluxe one with duffel bag and all. Maybe some stores will have a special deal nearer the release date, even if it's only a few pounds.

I made  a video last night.  I had people on my myspace ask me sex questions, and I answered them.  I'm going to edit it tonight.

I'm also making a video about the "true meaning" of the song The sultans of swing.

Anyone going to watch the lunar eclipse tonight?  Full eclipse starting at 10:01 PM EST and ending at 10:51 PM EST.  (Partial eclipse from 8:43 PM EST to 12:09 AM EST.)

Also, this post about it on Fark.com made me laugh:

"It's a lot more fun to tell people that Mars may collide with earth tonite and to keep an eye on the heavens.

Don't forget to give them NASA's ph# just in-case they see the red planet tonite."

(The moon will remain visible during the eclipse, however it will look red/orange much like Mars.)

Thanks for telling me, I didn't even know about it. Went out and looked at it, not too fascinating though. I tried taking a picture, but they all came out pretty bad.

EDIT: http://ustream.tv/ has a live broadcast of it for anyone who can't see it or is too lazy to go outside Wink
