First day back to work, after 2 weeks off.

Well, I did work for 6 hours last week, but nobody was around.
Needless to say, I am excited to be back

I've been working and shopping/researching for a new PC. Plus I'm at the rents.

Are you venturing into the PC world or sticking with teh Macs?

Been PC awhile now. Old and crappy PC... I just picked up a Gateway that came with Q6600 quad core processor and...1gig of ram and no video card. Not a bad case though, just finished installing an 8600GTS video card and two more gigs of ram. Should suffice. Vista is weird and annoying, finally got all those damned pop ups to stop going off every time I clicked ANYTHING.

Consider upgrading to XP?

First day of school sucked today. And my mom won't let me play videogames because of the electrical storm in the chicago area.  >:(Some of the lightning was just magnificent.

I cannot stand school any more! It is so boring!

I have to decide what day i want to move into our apartment...

I really wish the called me back when they said they would though because all my bills are going to be due around the same time now(within 3 days period)

I went into town to look for a non-green camera bag. The one I have has Canon written on it and is a nasty shade of green. Driving there, I was thinking "I don't want one that screams camera bag". My reason was shown when I was walking into town with it and someone lunged at me saying "Gimme your fucking camera!" I assume he was only joking because it was only a small lunge and he just carried on walking.

I got a backpack that comfortably holds everything.

Walking back to the car some old woman pushed a posy in my face. I scowled at her and kept walking. A few steps later I heard a little girl say "Who was that?" Her mum replied "She's a gypsy, they're evil"

This sucks, ever since my sister had her baby, her dogs have been fighting/acting strange, so my mom had the brilliant idea of us bringing one home. As much as I love dogs, this is such a bad idea because the dog we have now is a spoiled brat when it compared to other dogs, she hates when another dog gets attention. And this new dog is a complete idiot, she doesn't listen well and barks when left alone, and she chews up stuffed animals, which my dog loves, so now she can't leave her toys out.
I think the next few weeks are going to rough on us all, but hopefully we'll get her trained and acting like a good dog.

We had the same trouble with Aubreys 2 dogs.
We just locked them in their "beds" for a dayish.(I wouldn't have cared much if they were in their for DAYS)

Then let them smell the babies car seat and crib and stuff.
Sometime between day 3 and 5 the dogs were calm enough around the baby that we didn't have to keep beating the shit out of them for trying to jump on him.

The youngest treats Rowan like her baby, checks on it has to know where he is at all times and for a while storing food of hers to make sure he could eat.

At least we won our hockey game last night.
Final score was 13-5. I was a bit rusty after having the last 2 weeks off for the holidays.
