I love when i search for info about how to do something in a game and google returns completely erroneous results about a completely unrelated game because one term in my search is similar to a term in an old search.

Worth noting: The new useless result was useless last time too.
Searching for info about Warface XP farming get info about Minecraft Slime XP Farming.
Previously got that result returned when looking for Terreria rainbow slime farming.

did you try using search modifiers? if i kept getting results like that i would do a search like this (including the quotes):

"warface xp farm" -minecraft -terraria

if it comes up with a bunch of different bad results that seem to be from mostly the same game, i would include that game in the minus'd stuff too (i could see world of warcraft coming up for that kind of search).

Eh i think it is just because it was targeting search results it thought i might be intersted in.
The same way it tries to target ads at me but generally fails.

I think my favorite was an eBay ad to make sure i didn't miss out on winning auctions i recently viewed. One of the auctions was my own...

Now how did I miss that smiley? Changed!
Also, I'm not your son! Tongue

EDIT: Photobucket must be caching something. I've cleared my cache and I'm still seeing the original smiley in the screenshot...
EDIT 2: Oh, now it's showing the updated image...

But what about the "good, bad, good, bad" cycle? 98 good, ME bad, XP good, Vista bad, 7 good, 8 bad, 9 good but doesn't exist, 10 bad!
I'll probably be sticking with 7 though.

Apparently
"FrasierFan ‏@ParchmentMite 2h1 hour ago
@Windows @thurrott Infoworld called it back on April 1, 2013: Microsoft skips 'too good' Windows 9, jumps straight to Windows 10"

Windows 9 was rumored to be launching next year. I'm pretty sure there were SKUs mentioning something like MS Office 9
Probably caught a ton of flack and decided to keep 9 under wraps/use it as development for WinX?

Yeah, they surfaced a while back that there were Windows 9 SKUs, which everyone thought was referring to Threshold.

maybe they wanted to avoid confusion with windows 95/98? still stupid though, why are all non-book series so bad with numbering.

3. a. Windows 3.1
10. a. Windows 8.1

You're missing CE, NT, 2000... I'm sure we could keep going at this though, but the logic failed a long time ago when "7" was announced. Then again, "7" was based on the kernel version.
