Its "Willy Wonka" but it doesn't matter, Gene Wilder is way better than Johnny Depp any day.

Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, of course. However, I do like Tim Burton's directing and style in the remake.

Man, this was a tough one.  I ultimately picked Willy Wonka because that was what I grew up with.  Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was great, too.  Johnny Depp was great and Tim Burton did a good job.  I also heard that this one is more like the book and that Willy Wonka was not like the book too much.  I have the book.  I'll have to read it and let you guys know!

I like them both but I have to go with the original.
