The submission was replacing a jewel case back that should have been in extra media. I was going to move the scan anyway before accepting, but someone else accepted before I could do that.

This. The jewel case back was a bit of a fisheyed photo of the jewel case, so I'll find the jewel case amongst our stuff and get a proper scan.

I'm wondering if U-048-S-01130-A was actually meant to be the combo that included Sherlock Holmes as in the pics. Wasn't the separate 4-in-1 only included with CDX? Seems like we have a lot of users that have it listed as in their collections, and I can't imagine that many CDX version owners.

That 5 in 1 entry should really be another combination entry, or like the 4 in 1,  there should be a combination entry, an entry for the 5 in 1, and an entry for the Ecco disc
