If I'm not mistaken, the "Rated E" variant's manual matches up with the part number.

The "Rated K-A" variant you linked to on ebay also has a part number matching the cartridge.

The manual is on the right page.

It's worth noting, however, that manual Part #s don't have to match the cart Part #s for Nintendo.
blck is the resident N64 staff expert, however, so I'll defer to his advice.

 Grin Thanks!

They were Tan's scans, so I'm 99% sure that they are on the correct page.

They were Tan's scans for the original submission we had. I moved them all over and re-credited him with his scans when I submitted the variant. FWIW, Tan left before I ever joined the site. Sad

Here's a K-A Player's Choice version with the -1 manual:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/N...m4abb351f72#ht_500wt_1361

Yet, here's a Yellow -1 manual:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/M...m43b2fc1609#ht_500wt_1361

If you notice, the Yellow one has a U/ Part #, which means that the cartridge and box were likely Made in Mexico. Possibly a different print run.

and here i thought the n64 was immune to complex variants besides the differently coloured carts lol. i've been thinking for a while about whether or not i'll get all the player's choice variants after getting all the regular versions. do you know if this is common to have both an artwork and a yellow manual cover for the player's choice n64 games? even though i don't normally care a whole lot about really obscure variants like part numbers, i still like my CIB sets to have all the proper matching parts if possible.

also sorry for getting off topic

Early Player's Choice variants didn't even have the seal - just the box change. Later on, the cartridges were updated. blck would have more information on that, as we took a week and investigated the rumored full list of PC variants, but I don't know if there were more variants than just the base ones.

Super Mario Sunshine NFR Variant has the incorrect image scans. It is listed as a US variant but has the Canadian NFR front and back cover. Some of the other information may also be for the Canadian Version. Perhaps it would be easiest to simply change the region since there currently is no Canadian NFR variant in the database.

Also, Chicken Little scans are for the "Free Movie Ticket" variant (currently not in database).

Do you know where the NFR Variant comes from, Brian? Was it a console pack-in?
Also, you should check out the Metroid Prime section. I added a new variant there.

The US NFR was a console pack-in I believe. I'm not 100% sure about the Canadian version, but I'm pretty sure it was as well.
