Does anyone know of any good freeware for editing video and making the video into DVD with titles and chapters?

If you only want it for a few small things, try the 30 day trial of Ulead Video Studio. It's pretty good. I had some freeware ones but they weren't much use, especially compared to Ulead.

DVD Flick is freeware, but it does have limitations, like no menus.
